We are set up at Plot No. A 23 and 24 in Site-Iv of the Sahibabad Industrial Area in Ghaziabad. It’s a big, dusty industrial zone, which is exactly where a company like Sanberg Global Machines belongs. Being in Uttar Pradesh, we see all kinds of weather, from the heavy rains in monsoon to the dry heat of the summer, and the shop has seen it all. Our building is quite large since we handle industrial machines, but it still feels like a local business inside. There is always the sound of heavy metal moving and the smell of industrial oil in the air. We don't have a team of people in suits; we just have workers who know how to handle the equipment. The site is usually busy with trucks coming in and out, picking up parts or dropping off raw materials. It can get a bit chaotic on Mondays, but we have a rhythm that works for us. We’ve been in Ghaziabad for years and have seen the industrial area grow and change around us. We don't put much stock in being "global" in a fancy way, we just build machines that work for people. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time. The office is small and usually filled with blueprints and half-empty tea cups. We just keep doing what we do best right here in Sahibabad.
