Our office is located at M 117 in Sector 23, over in Sanjay Nagar. Even though the name says New Delhi, we do our daily work here in Ghaziabad. It’s a residential-feeling area but it works well for us. The building is simple, and we have been here for a while. Usually, there’s a pile of folders on my desk and a couple of half-empty tea cups. We aren't big on decorations or anything like that. We just have what we need to get through the day's tasks. The street outside can get pretty lively with people going about their business. We spend most of our time on the computers or on the phone, coordinating things. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s business. We don’t really have a big meeting room; we just pull up chairs around a desk when we need to talk. The power goes out sometimes, so we have a backup to keep things running. It’s a practical way of working. Most of our neighbors are families or small shops. We like it here because it’s not as chaotic as the main city center. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home in the evening. It’s a steady routine for us and we’re used to the way things work in this part of U.P. It keeps us grounded.
