If you are looking for us, we are located at Flat No 28 in the Cessia Road area of Shipra Sun City. Indrapuram is a pretty well-known part of Gaziabad, and it’s where we’ve set up our base for Mott Macdonald India Pvt Ltd. It’s an apartment-style office, which actually makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a cold corporate building. We’ve got a handful of us usually working out of here, though sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the equipment and documents. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays fairly quiet during the day, which helps when we need to concentrate on complex calculations. We spend our time looking at project specs and making sure everything aligns with what the clients need. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication and technical drawing. We don't really go for fancy decorations; we just have what we need to get the job done. The kitchen area is small, but it’s enough to make tea and coffee to keep us going through the afternoon slump. We’ve been here for a while and have a good rhythm going. It’s a straightforward way of working—no big speeches or complicated philosophies, just engineering and project management. We like being in Shipra Sun City because it’s easy for most of us to get to, and it feels like a real place rather than just a business park. We just show up and do the work.
