The Mott Mac Donald India Pvt Ltd office is located at J 141 in Sector 41 of Noida. It’s a decent area and the office itself is tucked away in a spot that’s easy enough to find if you know the sector. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now. It’s mostly just a group of us sitting at desks with our computers. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights out front. It’s a very practical kind of place. We spend a lot of time on technical drawings and making sure all the math adds up for the projects we’re on. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet in here when everyone is focused. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with meetings for the sake of meetings. We just talk when we need to and get the work done. The office has a small kitchen area where we make tea and chat for a bit during breaks. Sector 41 is a nice place to be based, it feels a bit more relaxed than the busier parts of the city. We aren't trying to win any awards for our office decor. It’s just a place with desks, chairs, and a lot of work to do. We try to be reliable and just do what we said we would do. If you’re in the neighborhood, you might see us out grabbing a snack. We’re just regular folks doing our jobs here every day.
