Being over here in Vaishali Sector 5, we see a lot of people every single day. It’s a busy corner. Usually, the mornings start quiet, but once school gets out, the place fills up with kids and their parents. We spend a lot of time just cleaning up tables and making sure the bins aren't overflowing. The fryers are always going. It gets pretty loud with the beeping sounds of the machines and people talking over each other. Some of us have been working here for a long time, so we know the regulars who come in for their morning coffee. The parking outside can be a real headache, especially on Friday nights when everyone wants a quick burger. We don't really do anything special, just follow the usual routine. Sometimes the ice cream machine acts up, which is annoying for everyone, but we deal with it. The air conditioning is a relief in the summer, so people tend to linger longer than they probably should. We’re just a bunch of people working shifts, trying to keep the lines moving. It’s a simple setup. You walk in, order, eat, and head back out to whatever you were doing. Sector 5 is a lively area, so there’s always something happening outside the windows. We just keep the lights on and the kitchen running until closing time. It is just another day for us here in Vaishali, keeping things as steady as possible.
