Our place, Manoj Properties, is located at L 194 in Sahibabad, specifically in the Lajpat Nagar section. One of the easiest ways to tell people where we are is by mentioning the Sahibabad Thana, as the police station is right nearby. It’s a decent area with a lot of families and small shops all around us. The office itself is tucked into the street, and we’ve been here long enough that most of the locals recognize us when we’re out getting lunch or running errands. Working in Sahibabad means you get to know the layout of the streets pretty well, especially around Lajpat Nagar. We deal with all sorts of property matters, mostly just helping people find a place to stay or a small shop to rent. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. The noise from the Thana and the main road can be a bit loud sometimes, but it makes the day go by faster. We usually have some tea ready if someone drops in to talk about a house. There isn't any corporate talk here, just plain English about what is available and what isn't. L 194 has become a bit of a second home for us over the years, and we like being part of the neighborhood.
