Manchanda Properties

Our office is located at C-30 in Madhu Vihar, right across from Kamna Apartment. It’s a handy spot because everyone knows where those apartments are. We’ve been operating Manchanda Properties from here for some time now. The street can get a little crowded with cars, but it’s a lively neighborhood. We focus on the local real estate around Madhu Vihar. We get a lot of walk-ins from people living in the nearby blocks. Our setup is pretty simple, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. We spend our days talking to owners and looking at different flats that come up for rent or sale. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a small group of us trying to keep things moving. We try to be as clear as possible about the costs and the terms of the deals. Property stuff can get confusing, so we just take it one step at a time. Sometimes we are out showing a place and the office is closed for a bit, but we’re usually around. We know most of the shopkeepers on this road. We like being part of the local community here. If you need to know about what’s happening with property prices in Madhu Vihar, we usually have a good idea just from our daily conversations with folks around here. Anyway, that is what we do.
