Malik & Sons Properties

Malik & Sons Properties is a small, family-run business located at 101-C in Shalimar Garden, Ghaziabad. We have been part of this neighborhood for many years now. Our setup is very local and straightforward. You won't find any fancy marble floors or corporate branding in our office. It is just a simple ground-floor room where we keep our files and meet with our neighbors. Shalimar Garden is a close-knit area, and we know many of the families who live on these streets. The office can get a bit crowded with all the old maps and paperwork we keep, but that just makes it feel more like home to us. My sons and I take care of everything ourselves. We don't have a big team of employees or a fancy call center. When you call our number, you are going to talk to one of us directly. We spend most of our days out walking around the various blocks, checking on properties and chatting with owners. Ghaziabad is a busy and often dusty city, but life in Shalimar Garden has its own steady pace. We try to be fair and honest with everyone who walks through our door. Sometimes we just sit outside on plastic chairs when the evening is nice. There are no hidden tricks here.
