Our office is at 4068 Vasundhra, specifically in Sector 4C. We are situated very near the Mewar Management Institute. It’s a lively spot because of all the students and staff moving around all day. The office itself is quite plain. We have a couple of desks that are starting to show their age and some filing cabinets that don't always close right. We focus our work here in Vasundhra because we’ve lived in this area for a long time. We know the shortcuts between the sectors and which parts of 4C get the best sun. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for a rental apartment or a small house. We keep a list of what’s available in a notebook on the main desk. It isn't a high-tech operation by any means. We don't have a receptionist, so you might have to wait a minute if we are on the phone. We spend a lot of time walking to different buildings to check on things. The traffic near the institute can be a bit much sometimes, but you get used to the noise. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe the places we show. We just tell you the rent, the deposit, and if the landlord is okay with pets. It is a practical business. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people on this street by name.
