We set up Majid Building Material Suppliers on Wazirabad Road quite some time back. If you know where the Santoshi Maa Dharam Kanta is in Bhopura, we are right nearby in Ajanta Puram. It’s a dusty part of the road, but it’s a good location for getting trucks in and out. We handle the basic supplies like cement bags, bricks, and gravel. Every morning starts with checking what’s left in the yard and seeing which deliveries need to go out first. It’s a lot of physical labor, unloading trucks and then loading them back up for the customers. My nephews help me run the place most days. We don’t have a fancy website or a big sign, just our name and a lot of stock piled up. Most people find us because they’re building something in the Ajanta Puram area and they need stuff delivered fast. We try to be fair with everyone who walks in. The traffic on Wazirabad Road can be a nightmare sometimes, which slows down the deliveries, but that’s just life here. We’ve seen a lot of houses go up around here since we opened. It feels good to see the materials from our yard being used to build the community. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a simple operation, really. Nothing more to it than supplying the bits and pieces people need for their construction projects. We stay open late if there is work to do.
