Acc Limited

We operate out of C-9 in the Modipon Colony. This is located in Modinagar, which is part of the Ghaziabad district in Uttar Pradesh. The colony is an older residential area that was built for workers. It has got a very specific look to it, with rows of similar houses. Our office for Acc Limited is just one of these units converted for our use. It is situated on a quiet street with plenty of trees. The pace of life here is a lot slower than what you find in Delhi or the busier parts of Ghaziabad. We do not have a big corporate entrance or anything like that. You just walk up the path and knock on the door. Inside, it is a bit cramped with all the paperwork we have to keep. We have got a few desks pushed together and some old cupboards for filing. It gets quite cold in the winters here, so we usually have a small heater running. The neighbors are mostly families who have lived here for decades. We handle the local coordination from this spot. It is a simple, honest way to work. We do not have any big meetings or fancy presentations. We just focus on the daily tasks that the company needs us to handle. It feels more like a community office than a corporate branch. We are just local people doing our jobs and going home.
