Sohan Lal Gupta & Sons

Sohan Lal Gupta & Sons has been operating out of Plot No. 12 in Sector 5, Vaishali for many years. It started as a family thing and it still pretty much is. You’ll usually see one of the family members around the office or helping out with the loading. We don't have any fancy receptionists. If the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. Vaishali is a good spot for us because it's easy for people to find. The sign outside is a bit faded now but we haven't got around to painting it yet. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure they go out on time. There’s always a lot of paperwork to deal with, which is the boring part of the day. We keep things simple here. We don't do big ads or anything like that. Most people hear about us through someone else they know. It’s a busy place, especially on Monday mornings when everyone is trying to get started at once. We’ve had the same neighbors for a long time. It feels like a proper local business where everyone knows everyone. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come. It’s nothing too complicated, just a regular business running out of a regular plot in Sec-5. We usually take a break in the afternoon to have some snacks and talk about things other than work for a bit.
