Madan Singh Anand & Sons is a family-run kind of place over at J-215 in Patel Nagar First. We’ve been around for a long time, and the name on the sign is exactly who we are. It’s a family business through and through. The office is part of the building at J-215, and it’s usually full of papers and the smell of coffee. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s mostly just family members and a few people who have worked with us so long they might as well be family. Patel Nagar First is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the street coming in through the windows. We handle a variety of things depending on what our customers need that day. We don't really have a polished way of doing things, we just do them the way we always have. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized, but we always find what we’re looking for eventually. It’s a steady life. We open up in the morning, do our work, and head home. We don't spend money on big ads because word of mouth usually does the job for us. People know where to find us if they need us. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, but we just stay here doing our thing day in and day out. It works for us and keep us out of trouble.
