Maa Jagdamba Properties

Maa Jagdamba Properties is located at House No A/115 in Shalimar Garden Extension 2, Sahibabad. Our office is actually part of a house, so it feels very personal and quiet. We like being in a residential area because it puts us right where the homes are. We have been in Shalimar Garden for many years now. Most of our neighbors know us and stop by for a chat even if they aren't looking for a house. We don't have a polished corporate look. It is just a simple office with a couple of desks and some old chairs. We spend a lot of time walking through Extension 2 to see which properties are coming up for rent or sale. We know the landlords and we know the history of many of these buildings. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just show you what is available and help with the paperwork. It is a very hands-on way of doing things. Sometimes we are out on the field all day, and other times we are stuck in the office doing the boring filing work. We are just regular people trying to make a living by helping others find a place to stay. If you come to A/115, you won't find any salesmen in suits. You will just find us ready to give you an honest opinion about the local market.
