We’re located on the second floor of C-497 in Alpha I. It’s a small office, but it serves us well for the consulting work we do. Most of the time, the desks are covered in technical reports and engineering diagrams. We spend a lot of our time checking over data and making sure the advice we give is solid. It’s not the kind of job where things happen overnight, so there’s a lot of waiting for results and then going back to the drawing board. We’ve been in Alpha I for a bit, and it’s a good location for us to meet with people. We don’t go in for anything fancy or try to act like we’re a huge firm. It’s just a few engineers who know their stuff and want to get the job done right. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when we have all the files out, but we manage. We’re usually here pretty early and often stay late if a project is nearing a deadline. It can be a lot of stress, but we’ve been doing this long enough to know how to handle it. We don’t use a lot of big words when we talk to folks, we just explain the technical side of things in a way that makes sense. It’s a practical way to work, and we like being able to help out with the local projects. We just keep our heads down and work.
