Being right by the Vijay Nagar Bypass means things are always moving around us. Lucent International School is located in this part of Ghaziabad, which has changed so much lately. You can see the traffic from the upper floors, but inside, it’s mostly just the sound of classes going on. We have a decent building here with enough room for the students to move around. It gets quite dusty because of the road, so we spend a lot of time cleaning. The staff here are mostly locals who understand the area well. We start the day early, making sure the gates are open and everything is ready for the buses. It’s not always easy keeping everything on track. Some days the electricity acts up or there’s a delay with a delivery, but we just deal with it as it comes. We have a playground area where the kids spend their breaks. It’s probably the loudest part of the day. Our offices are pretty basic, just a place to keep the files and meet with parents when they drop by. We don’t really do anything flashy. It’s just about running the school and making sure the kids are learning their lessons. People around Vijay Nagar know where we are. We’ve become a part of the landscape here over time. It’s a steady job, and we take it one day at a time, making sure things run as smoothly as they can for everyone.
