Isinox Metaltec Pvt. Ltd. is based out in Loni. It's mostly an industrial neighborhood, which works well for the kind of metal work we do every day. The workshop is where almost all the action takes place. We have various tools and old equipment for cutting and shaping metal pieces. It can get pretty hot inside during the summer months, but most of us are used to it by now and just keep working. The team is just a group of local guys who really know their way around a metal shop. We started out small and have just kept going one day at a time. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning or nice carpets. It's more about what we can do with our hands and the machines. Most people in the Loni area know about us through word of mouth rather than any kind of advertising. There's usually a pile of metal scraps in the corner and the constant sound of grinding or welding filling the air. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about what's happening in the town. It's a simple business and a simple way of life for us. We just try to do a solid job so that people come back the next time they need some metal work done. It's not a complicated setup, just a lot of hard work and metal shavings everywhere you look. It keeps us busy and pays the bills for our families.
