Starting here at D-25 on Meerut Road in the Industrial Area has been quite the journey for Leadstar India. It is a busy place, always something moving or a truck backing up nearby. We have been in this spot for a good while now and the neighbors are alright. Mostly, we just focus on the daily tasks that need finishing before the sun goes down. There is no fancy lobby or anything like that, just a workspace where we get things done. You might see some of us standing outside during a tea break when the weather isn't too hot. Meerut Road is always crowded, so getting things in and out takes a bit of planning, but that’s just part of life here. We don't spend much time worrying about being perfect because that is not how real work goes. Most days are about solving whatever problem comes through the door first. It can be tiring, sure, but seeing a job through to the end feels decent enough. We keep the office mostly tidy, though papers tend to pile up on the desks when we get really busy.
