Kushan Estates

Kushan Estates is located over at Plot No D/43 in Kaushambi. We are quite near the Anand Vihar Bus Adda, so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. The area is always humming with buses coming and going at all hours. Our spot is easy to find if you are familiar with that part of town. We’ve been operating out of this plot for some time. It’s a basic setup. We have some desks, a few old files, and a phone that rings quite a bit throughout the day. People stop by after getting off the bus sometimes just to ask about what’s available in the neighborhood. We know Kaushambi pretty well since we are here every day. It’s a busy part of Ghaziabad, and there is always something happening on the street. We don’t have any big signs or anything. Just the name Kushan Estates on the door. We spend our mornings checking on things and our afternoons talking to whoever walks in. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just deal with the land and the houses around here. The office is just a place for us to sit and do our work. It’s not fancy, but it works for us. We just keep things moving along as best we can. Sometimes we even have a cup of tea with the folks who visit.
