Kgn Automation

Our shop, Kgn Automation, is tucked away in the Sybly Industrial Area. We are at Plot No 9, which is just off Meerut Road in Muradnagar. If you know the area, it’s mostly warehouses and small factories around here. It can get pretty noisy with all the machines running, but that’s just how an industrial area is. I moved the business here a few years back because we needed the extra floor space for the equipment. We work on various automation bits and pieces. It’s a lot of hands-on work, greasy hands and loud noises mostly. I spend most of my day out on the floor rather than sitting in the office. The office is just a small corner with a computer that’s usually dusty. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a script. You just call and talk to whoever is closest to the desk. People come to us from all over Muradnagar when they have a technical problem they can't solve themselves. We aren't a giant corporation, just a group of guys who know how to fix things. The yard outside is usually full of crates and spare parts waiting to be used. It’s not the prettiest place, but we get the job done and that’s what matters to the people who hire us. We keep things moving, and we try to stay organized even when it feels like we are surrounded by metal parts.
