Kaushambi Properties

Our place, Kaushambi Properties, is located at A-3 in the plot area. If you’re familiar with the Kaushambi neighborhood, we’re pretty close to the Dabur building. It’s a well-known landmark, so people usually don't have much trouble finding our office. We handle a lot of property matters around this specific part of town. It’s a mix of residential and commercial stuff, so there’s always something different happening every week. The office is pretty plain and simple. We have the usual desks and some maps of the area pinned on the wall so we can show people where things are. We aren't big on decorating or having a fancy lobby with modern furniture. We think it’s better to just focus on the work itself. Kaushambi has its own vibe, being so close to the border, and we’ve learned how things work here over the years. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy signs. Most of our business comes from people who live nearby or saw our sign while driving past on their way to work. It’s a practical way to run things. We spend a lot of time talking to landlords and people looking for a new office space or a home for their family. It’s not always easy, as people have a lot of specific needs and budgets, but we do what we can. We’ve been here a while and we plan on staying for more. It’s a busy area, but we’ve gotten used to the pace. No big corporate promises, just us.
