We operate out of a flat in Sector 10, specifically D/22. It’s a quiet corner of Raj Nagar, right across from Parivartan School. If you know where the Archies Gallery is, we are just a short walk from there. It’s more of a home-office setup than a big corporate building. We like it that way because it feels more personal when people come over to talk about real estate. Dealing with houses and land in Raj Nagar takes up most of our time. We keep track of what's available and who is looking to sell. It’s not always easy because prices change and people change their minds, but we do our best to keep up. We don't have a big receptionist or a fancy waiting room. You just come in, sit down, and we talk about what you need. My neighbors often drop by just to say hello or ask for advice on their own property. We've been here long enough that we feel like part of the neighborhood. It’s a simple business. We listen, we check our notes, and we show people what’s on the market. Being near the school means it gets busy during drop-off times, but otherwise, it's a good place to work. We don't do much advertising. People find us because they live nearby and see us working every day. It's just a normal, local real estate spot.
