We are based out of Ghaziabad, specifically in the Sahibabad area at D-321A, Lajpat Nagar. The pin code is 201005. This place is an industrial zone, so don’t expect any lush gardens or quiet streets. It’s mostly factories and workshops like ours. We do wire drawing, which is a loud and messy process if we are being honest. The floor is usually covered in a bit of oil or metal dust by the end of the shift. We have these big machines that have been with us for years. They aren't the newest models, but they get the job done if you know how to handle them. There’s a small office in the front where we keep the ledgers and the phone, but most of the action happens in the back. The staff is a small group of locals who have been doing this for a long time. We don't have a human resources department or a fancy break room. We just sit on some stools and have our lunch together. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside until it comes back on. It’s a very basic operation. We don’t spend money on shiny brochures or a big website. We just focus on the wire. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in our work clothes, likely with some grease on our hands. It’s just the way we work here and we have been doing it for many years.
