We operate out of Sunil Tyagi House No 149, over in Patal Nagar 3rd. It’s really close to the old bus stand in Ghaziabad, which makes it pretty easy for folks to find us even if they aren't from around here. We’re part of the Jaipuria Institute of Management in Vasundhara, but this location is where a lot of the actual day-to-day grit happens. It’s a sturdy house that’s seen a lot of people come and go over the years. We don't have any of those glass walls or modern art pieces you see in newer offices. It’s just a place for us to sit down, talk to people, and get the management stuff sorted out. The neighborhood is typical for this part of U.P.—busy, a bit noisy, but full of life. We like being near the bus stand because there’s always something happening. Our team is pretty small, and we mostly just focus on the tasks at hand without making a big deal of it. You’ll find us drinking tea and going through files most afternoons. It’s a bit traditional, maybe even a little old-fashioned, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be something we’re not. The walk from the bus stand is short. We see the same people every morning on our way in. We’re just here in Ghaziabad, doing the work and keeping the institute’s business moving along as best we can. It’s a simple life.
