Jainco Estate Agency

Jainco Estate Agency is located at D-2/G-1 in the Bharat Apartment building in Chander Nagar. We are right in Surya Nagar, just opposite Vivek Vihar. It’s a decent spot to be for our line of work. We’ve been working out of this apartment office for many years now. It’s a bit different than having a regular storefront on the street, but people seem to find us well enough. We mostly focus on the local area around Chander Nagar and Surya Nagar. There’s a lot of walking back and forth to Vivek Vihar to show people different flats and houses. Our office is usually pretty quiet unless the phone is ringing off the hook. We have a few chairs for people to sit and talk while we look through the listings. We don’t have any big marketing plans or anything fancy like that, we just rely on people knowing we are here and telling their friends. The Bharat Apartment building is older than some, but it’s sturdy and we like being in this location. It’s easy to get to from the main road which helps. We spend our days checking on new properties and making sure the keys are all where they should be in the cabinet. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of clients at once, but we always figure it out. It’s just us here, doing the regular work of an estate agency. We know the shortcuts around Surya Nagar.
