I'm located on Narela Road in Alipur, quite close to the Primary School. You can usually hear the kids playing during their break times. It’s a fairly straightforward spot to find. I’ve been working as a dealer here for quite some time now. My office is just a simple room where I keep my records and meet with people. Alipur is a different kind of place, a bit more spread out and grounded. I deal with all sorts of properties, from small plots to shops. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the big trucks go by, but that’s just part of being out here. I spend a lot of my day talking to farmers or people looking to build something new. It’s a lot of conversation and drinking tea while we look over maps and papers. I don't use any fancy software, just my notebooks and what I know about the area. People usually just drop by without an appointment, which is fine by me. I like the pace of things here. It’s not like the rush you find in the middle of the city.
