We are based in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, specifically in Gyan Khand-IV. Our office is one of the MIG units here. Indirapuram is a huge area with tons of people, and Gyan Khand is one of the busy patches. Being in an MIG flat gives the office a bit of a lived-in feel. It’s not a sterile office environment. We have our files stacked up and the desks are always covered in papers. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but we are a tight-knit group. We spend most of our time just managing the daily flow of work. There’s always someone coming in with a question or a delivery. The neighborhood is full of life, so there’s always something going on outside the window. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big sales team. We just do our jobs and try to stay out of the way. It’s a very practical arrangement. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm. We don't need fancy rules or corporate policies to know what to do. We just show up and get through the pile of work. It’s a real place with real people just trying to do a good job. Parking is a nightmare, so most of us just walk or take a rickshaw. It’s just easier that way.
