Ideal Real Estate

We’re over at B-24-104 in Ghaziabad. It’s a fairly straightforward setup we have here. We deal with real estate, which mostly means we spend our days talking to people who want to move or sell their places. Ghaziabad is a big area, and things are always changing, so there’s always plenty to do. We don't have a big sales pitch or a flashy office. It’s just a room with some chairs and a computer where we keep track of the listings. We’ve lived around here for a long time, so we know which neighborhoods are noisy and which ones have the best shops nearby. We try to be honest with people about what they’re getting into. If a place has a leaky pipe or the neighbors are a bit much, we usually mention it. There’s no point in hiding things because it just causes problems later on. We handle a lot of phone calls and spend a good chunk of the day driving around to show people different properties. Ghaziabad is a tough place to navigate sometimes with the traffic, so we spend a lot of time on our scooters getting from one property to another. Sometimes it’s a bit tiring, especially in the heat, but it’s what we know how to do. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency around. We just want to help people find a spot that works for them without a lot of the usual headaches. It’s just a small operation.
