Hot Chips

We've been here at Arcade Tower in Vaishali Sector 4 for a while now. Most people know us because of the smell of fresh snacks that drifts out into the hallway. It gets pretty busy in the afternoons when kids are getting out of school and folks are heading home from work. We mostly just keep our heads down and fry up batches of chips all day. Some days are hotter than others, especially being by the stove, but we’re used to it. The shop isn't fancy at all. It's just a counter and some shelves. We try to keep everything stocked, though sometimes we run out of the spicy ones faster than we can make them. People stop by for a quick bag of something to munch on. It’s a small space, so it gets crowded quickly. My nephew helps out sometimes when he isn't busy. We don't really have a big staff or anything like that. Just us making sure the oil is at the right temperature and the seasoning is just right. Sometimes the machine acts up, but we manage to fix it ourselves usually. We like being in this part of Vaishali. It’s got a good crowd of regulars who stop by just to say hello even if they aren't buying anything that day. That's just how it is here. Nothing too complicated, just snacks and a bit of conversation. It's our way of life.
