We have our office at B-117 in Sector-3, Chiranjeev Vihar. It’s a settled, older part of Ghaziabad that has a nice feel to it. Home Life Reality is just a small team of us working here. The street outside is usually lined with cars and there are always people walking to the local shops. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. Our office is pretty basic—just some desks, a couple of chairs for visitors, and a lot of property files. We deal with real estate in and around this neighborhood every day. People often stop by just to ask what the prices are doing or if we’ve heard of anything new coming up for sale. We spend a good chunk of our time out of the office, visiting different sites or checking on construction progress. Ghaziabad is a big, messy city that’s constantly changing, so there’s always something new to learn. We don't use any rehearsed sales pitches or fancy language. We just tell people the facts as we see them. Sometimes we’re so busy we forget to eat lunch, and other days it’s quiet enough to read the paper. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our jobs and go home at the end of the day like everyone else. It’s a simple living and we are happy with how things are.
