Our place is over in Vashundhra, specifically at 2B-176. It’s a decent area in Ghaziabad and we’ve been operating out of here for some time. We handle structural systems, which basically means we deal with the heavy stuff that keeps buildings standing. It's a lot of steel and planning. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints and site photos pinned to the walls. We aren't big on decorations; we just need space to talk about beams and supports. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there’s someone coming in to discuss a project or check on some drawings. Being in U.P., we get all kinds of weather, which sometimes affects the site visits. The staff here mostly grew up around the city, so we know the local roads and suppliers pretty well. We don’t try to act like some big corporate giant. We’re just a team that understands how structures need to be built to last. If there’s a problem with a design, we sit down and hash it out until it makes sense. It takes a lot of patience. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and we just head to the tea stall down the street. It’s a real workplace with real people who get their hands dirty. We take the work seriously but don't feel the need to dress it up in fancy words. If you need something built, we're the ones looking at the nuts and bolts of it all to make sure it works.
