Hercules Group is based at C-113 in the Bulandshahar Road Industrial Estate. The road outside is always busy with heavy trucks and the dust never really settles. Our building is a solid, old-school industrial structure. It isn't pretty, but it stays standing. Inside, it’s mostly open floor space where the heavy lifting happens. There’s a lot of noise from the grinders and the welders, so you usually have to yell if you want to be heard. We don’t have a marketing department or a PR team. It’s just us and the work. Most of the people here have been on the payroll for a decade or more. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes for breakfast. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we spend half the night fixing it ourselves. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The office part is just a small room with a couple of old computers and a lot of ledgers. We prefer it that way. No one wears a tie here unless there’s a wedding to go to. We just focus on the metal and the orders. It’s a straightforward life on Bulandshahar Road, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the factory floor over the years. It’s just the way we like it, without any extra fuss or unnecessary meetings that waste time.
