Started the office at 41488 Chiranjiv Vihar Sector 8. It's on the ground floor, so people can just walk in. We are quite close to Ansal Plaza 1. It gets busy around here. Usually, we are just sitting here dealing with local papers and talking to neighbors about who is moving where. It’s not a fancy setup. We mostly handle the houses around Sector 8. Sometimes people come in asking for directions because of Ansal Plaza being right there. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The ground floor spot is good because it stays a bit cooler in the summer heat. We keep some files, some maps of the area, and a few chairs for whoever stops by. It’s mostly just us trying to help folks find a place to stay or sell their old spot without too much trouble from the middleman. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud and distracting. Chiranjiv Vihar is a decent place to work from. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know the streets around here pretty well. If someone needs to look at a shop or a flat, we just grab the keys and walk over to show them. That is how it goes every day. We don’t do big ads. Most people just see the sign while they are heading towards the mall for shopping. It works for us. We've seen a lot of changes in the local market lately, but we keep doing what we do. Sometimes people even call us to ask about the park.
