Being in a residential tower means it is mostly quiet, which we like for getting work done. We handle food and beverages from this small space. It is not a huge factory with big machines. We mostly deal with the planning, the sourcing, and all the boring paperwork that comes with a food business. The living room has basically been turned into a workspace with desks and a lot of samples of drinks and snacks sitting around. Sometimes the tower security calls up because a delivery is here, and we have to go down to help them find the right door. It is a bit of a squeeze when we have a lot of stuff arriving at once. We are just a small group of people who wanted to start something on our own. We don't have fancy brochures or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just focus on the food and beverage side and try to keep everything moving. The location in Ghaziabad is good for us because we can get to our suppliers easily enough. We spend a lot of our time on calls or checking emails. It is a very normal, everyday kind of business. We just do our thing from Flat 103 and keep our heads down.
