Bulandshahr Road Industrial Area is a place where there is always something happening. We are at B-22/5, and it’s a typical industrial spot. There are factories and warehouses all around us. Gutgutia Cement Ltd. fits right in with the rest of the neighborhood. It’s not a quiet place. You hear the sounds of metal clanging and engines revving from early morning until late at night. Our building at B-22/5 is functional, mostly just storage space and a small area for us to keep our records. We handle a lot of cement bags here. It’s heavy work, and by the end of the day, our backs usually ache. The industrial area can be a bit grim if you aren't used to it, with all the grey buildings and the heavy trucks tearing up the roads. But for us, it’s just where we work. We know the other people working in the nearby units, and we sometimes chat while we’re out on a break. There’s no corporate polish here. We just wear our old clothes and get to work. The Bulandshahr Road can get very congested, so we have to plan our deliveries carefully. It’s a busy life, moving cement from one place to another. We don’t make a big deal out of it.
