Our office is over at 2B/75C Vaishali in the Rachana area. It’s right near Madudari, so it’s easy to spot if you know the landmark. We’ve been here in Vaishali for years now. The traffic can be a bit much in the mornings, but it’s a good spot to work from. We deal with all kinds of property stuff around here. Mostly residential flats and some small shops. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles. It's just a few of us who know the local streets and the people living on them. We talk to the owners and the tenants directly. No middlemen if we can help it. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever, but that's just how the system works. We try to stay patient. The office gets a bit hot in the summer because the AC is old and struggles. We usually sit outside on the stools when it’s nice in the evening. If you are looking for a place near Madudari, we probably have a few keys in the drawer right now. We don't promise anything we can't actually do. We just show the houses as they are. If the paint is peeling or the floor is cracked, you’ll see it. We think it’s better to be honest from the start. People around Vaishali know us as regular folks. We like it that way. No suits or ties, just regular clothes and some hard work every day.
