Gralit India Biotech Pvt Ltd is based at number 5, 1136 in the Vasundhra Mohan Meakin Society. It is a bit of an unusual spot for a biotech place since it is more of a residential society feel, but it works for us. It stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads, which is nice when we are trying to focus on technical work. The office is basically a modified space where we keep our equipment and files. It’s not a huge place, so things can get a bit cluttered with boxes of supplies and paperwork. We spend our days dealing with various biological products and making sure all the data is recorded correctly. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we are doing with all the deliveries coming in, but we just go about our business. We aren't the type of company with a big sign or a fancy reception. Usually, there are just two or three of us in the office at a time. The society has some nice trees around, so it’s a decent place to take a break when the work gets too intense. We focus on the practical side of things, like checking samples and updating our logs. It is a simple setup, but it allows us to do our work without the distractions of a big commercial building. It is just a regular office in a regular neighborhood.
