Goyal Pan Corner

Goyal Pan Corner is a small shop, number 12, located in the Mini Navyug Market on Ambedkar Road. It is not much to look at, just a small stall where we prepare pan and sell a few other things. I have been sitting at this spot for a long time. The market is always crowded, and there is a lot of noise from the traffic on Ambedkar Road. I like the energy of it though. People stop by after their meals or while they are out shopping. I have my regular customers who don't even have to say what they want anymore. I just start making it when I see them coming. It is a simple life. I don't have a big team or any fancy equipment. Just my ingredients and a small space to work in. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, like when it’s too hot or raining hard, but the shop stays open. I don't believe in big marketing slogans or anything. I just try to make a good pan and be polite to everyone. The shop is tucked away in the market, so you have to look for number 12. It’s a practical business. I keep my supplies stocked and the counter clean. It is just me here most of the time. If you are passing through Navyug Market, you will find me there.
