Goswami Properties

Goswami Properties is situated at Bo 377 in Vaishali. It is a straightforward office, nothing too complicated about it. We have a small porch area where we sometimes stand and watch the traffic go by. Inside, the walls are covered with some maps of the local area and a calendar that is usually a month behind. We have been working out of this spot in Vaishali for years. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels quite homely. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or walking to nearby blocks to check on empty flats. The furniture is a bit old, but it’s comfortable enough for a long day of work. We have a drawer full of keys that we have to keep very organized, otherwise, things get messy fast. We don't use any big marketing tricks. People just find us by walking past or hearing about us from their neighbors. We have a small water cooler in the corner that makes a glugging sound every now and then. The computer we use is a bit slow, but it gets the job done for typing out the basic agreements. We just take things one day at a time, looking after the properties in this little corner of Vaishali. It’s a quiet life, mostly just paperwork and regular conversations with the locals who drop in to say hello.
