Glorious Estate is situated at 245 in Ghaziabad City, specifically in the Indrapuram area. We are in Shakti Khand, right behind the G D A Market. It’s a very lively spot to be in because the market always has something happening. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle all our estate and property work. We’ve been at this location for a while now and we really like the vibe of Shakti Khand. It’s not a fancy corporate suite; it’s more of a local office where we keep our files and meet with people from the neighborhood. We have a few desks and some maps on the walls so we can show folks exactly where different properties are located. Being behind the G D A Market is convenient for a lot of things. We don't use any high-pressure sales talk or fancy marketing phrases. We just tell people the truth about what’s available and help them with all the forms and paperwork that come with real estate. It can get a bit dusty sometimes because of all the activity in Ghaziabad, but that’s just how it is. We have a small team here and we all know the area pretty well. People often just wander in after doing their shopping at the market to ask a few questions. We like that kind of relaxed atmosphere. It makes the work feel a lot more grounded.
