You can find Giri Properties right on the main road in Vaishali. We are in Shop Number 1 at Plot 580 in Sector-1. Being on the main road means it gets pretty loud with all the traffic passing by, but it’s good because everyone sees us. It’s a small shop, but it fits everything we need to help people find a place to stay or do business. We’ve been here in Vaishali for a good bit now, and we’ve seen plenty of families move in and out of the sector. Most of the time, we’re just sitting here with the door open, waiting for someone to walk in with a question about a plot or an apartment nearby. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us. We know which buildings are well-maintained and which ones might have plumbing trouble because we talk to the locals every day. It’s a practical way to work. We write down what people want and we try to match it with what’s available on our list. No fancy brochures or polished sales pitches here. We just talk like normal people and show you what we have. If you’re driving down the main road, just look for Shop 1. We’re usually there unless we’ve gone out to show a site to someone. It’s a busy spot but we like it. We have a few plastic chairs for you to sit while we chat. It's a simple setup for a local business.
