Our office for Ganga Properties Consultants is located in Vaishali at 3A on the 80 Feet Road. The number is 313 and it’s a pretty easy spot to find if you are driving along that main stretch of road. The 80 Feet Road is always moving with cars and people so there is never a dull moment looking out the window while we work. We spend our time talking to people about where they want to live or what kind of shop space they are looking to rent in the area. It involves a lot of sitting at the desk and making phone calls or looking through listings we have scribbled in our notebooks. We don't have a shiny modern office with a lot of chrome or leather. It’s just a simple room with some chairs for guests and a few maps of the local area pinned to the walls. Sometimes we have to go out and show a property which means navigating the Vaishali traffic but that’s just part of the job. We have seen the neighborhood grow quite a bit over the last few years with new buildings popping up everywhere. It’s a busy life but we like being in the middle of it all. Most people who come in are just looking for honest advice about the local market. We don't use any fancy sales talk we just tell them what we know about the different blocks and the current prices.
