Ganesh Bikanerwala Sweets & Namkeen

Our shop is right on Ambedkar Road, near the Kirana Mandi Chowk. If you know Ghaziabad, you know this road is always packed with people and rickshaws. We have a lot of big jars filled with all kinds of namkeen and snacks lined up. The building is old and we have been in this spot for a long time. Every day we see the chaos of the Mandi right outside our door. Inside, it is a bit more organized, but still very busy. We have workers who have been with us for decades, frying things in the back and packing boxes. The smell of oil and spices is always strong here. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that; we just work from the shop. Ambedkar Road is a noisy place, and the dust from the street sometimes makes it hard to keep everything perfectly clean, but we try our best. People come from all over the city to buy in bulk, especially during the wedding season. We don't use fancy packaging unless someone asks for it. Mostly, it is just brown paper bags and simple boxes. We focus on keeping the bins full and the scales balanced. It is a family-run kind of thing where everyone knows their place and what needs to be done before we close up for the night. We keep the tradition of the Mandi alive in our own way.
