Fried Deals Llp is located at 1/176 in Sector 1 of Vasundhra, Ghaziabad. It’s a pretty standard spot in a busy part of town. We mostly handle snack stuff, as the name might suggest. The kitchen area gets really warm, especially in the summer months, so we spend a lot of time near the windows trying to get a breeze. It’s a small team, just a handful of us. We start by prepping the ingredients and then we get to the actual cooking and packing. The smell of frying food usually fills the whole block. People walking by sometimes stop in just to see what’s going on. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a workspace where we get things ready for sale. Vasundhra is a good place to be because everything is close by. We’ve had some long nights where we had to stay late to finish a big batch of orders. My shoes usually have a bit of oil on them by the end of the shift. We aren’t trying to change the world or anything, we just want to make decent snacks that people enjoy eating. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and moving quickly. We have a small radio that plays local stations while we work. It’s just a normal way to make a living and we’re okay with that. We just do the frying and hope for a quiet evening.
