Our office is located at Ug-Cs-15 in Ansal Plaza, over in Sector-1 of Vaishali. It is an interesting place to work because of all the different scents around. Being in the flavour and fragrance business means our workspace usually smells like something specific, maybe citrus or flowers, depending on what we are looking at that day. Ansal Plaza is a well-known landmark, so finding us isn't usually a problem for visitors. We are on the upper ground floor. It's not a giant factory or anything, mostly just where the administrative side of European Flavours & Fragrances Pvt. Ltd. happens. We deal with a lot of different clients who need very specific things for their products. It takes a lot of patience to get the right balance. Sometimes we spend hours just discussing one particular scent profile. The mall environment is nice because everything you need is right there, though it gets a bit crowded on the weekends. We have been in Vaishali for a while and like the community here. It’s a good mix of residential and business. We don’t really go in for big speeches about what we do. We just focus on the quality of what’s in the bottles and making sure the orders are accurate. It’s a technical job but we enjoy the variety it brings. Every day brings a new request from a different part of the industry. We just take it as it comes.
