Our place is inside the Anaj Mandi in Mohan Nagar, right across from the industrial area. Energym Foods & Nutritions Pvt. Ltd. is situated in a busy spot. There are always trucks moving grain and people shouting instructions. It can be quite a mess during the peak hours of the market. Our building is nothing special, just a functional space where we handle everything. It smells like the market outside, a mix of dust and grains. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of moving things in and out. It’s not a corporate office with carpets. The floors are hard and we wear sturdy shoes. We don't have a fancy reception area. If someone wants to talk to us, they usually just walk through the main door. Mohan Nagar is a tough, hardworking area, and we fit right in. We’ve been here for a while, so we know most of the other people in the Mandi. It’s a lot of manual work and checking bags. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors when things slow down in the afternoon. We don’t have a big marketing team. We just do what we do and the days go by pretty fast. It’s a loud, dusty, but honest way to spend the day.
