We are situated at Flat No. 003 on the ground floor of Plot-7, Krishna Para Gardens in Vaibhav Khand, Indrapuram. It is a residential-cum-commercial area, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a cold office building. We run our food industry business from this ground-floor unit. It is convenient because we do not have to worry about elevators when we are moving crates around. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have a lot of paperwork and samples lying around. We are a small LLP, so we all have to do a bit of everything. One day I might be doing the accounts and the next day I am helping unload a truck. We do not have any polished marketing materials or a dedicated sales team. Most of our work is done through direct calls and visiting local markets. Ghaziabad is a fast-paced place, and Indrapuram is always buzzing with activity. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. The tea stall around the corner is where we spend our breaks. We are just a group of people working hard to make a living in the food trade. We do not have big goals to expand everywhere. We just want to keep our current customers happy and make sure the quality of the food stays decent. It is a simple, practical way to run things for a local company like ours.
