Durga Properties

Durga Properties is tucked away in the basement of building 98 over in Sector 14. It’s not one of those flashy offices on the main road, but we like it that way. Being in the basement keeps things a little cooler when the weather gets really hot outside. We’ve got plenty of maps and files scattered around because there is always a lot to keep track of when it comes to local plots and houses. People drop in all the time to ask about what’s available in the area or just to have a chat about the market. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be sitting there at a desk ready to talk. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to going out to look at sites. Sometimes the lighting down here is a bit dim, but we’re used to it. We know the neighborhood really well since we’ve been at this address for quite some time. It’s a busy spot, especially on weekends when more people have time to go out looking for properties. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our records straight. If you find yourself in Sector 14, just look for the number 98 and head downstairs.
