Dragaon Noodles

You can find Dragaon Noodles at Windsor Street in Vaibhav Khand 15. It is a busy part of Indirapuram, especially when the sun goes down. We have been setting up here every day, getting the pans hot and the vegetables chopped. It is a lot of chopping, actually. The smell of the garlic and ginger is always in the air around our spot. People walking by often stop because they are hungry after work. We don't have a lot of space, so most people just stand and eat or take it away. The street is full of other shops too, so it is a lively place to be. We deal with the smoke and the heat from the burners all evening. It can be exhausting when the crowd is thick and everyone wants their food at once. My cousin helps me out with the orders while I do the cooking. We try to keep things moving fast. The rain is the only thing that really slows us down. When it pours, the street empties out and we just wait under the awning. We aren't a big restaurant, just a local spot where you can get a quick meal. We like the energy of Windsor Street, even if it gets a bit much sometimes. We see a lot of faces every night and that makes the time go by fast.
