We’re located over at F-57 in Sector-11, Partap Vihar. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to some of the busier industrial areas, but there’s still plenty going on. We’ve been here for several years now, just running our daily operations. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a workspace where we handle our products and a small area for paperwork. It’s not the kind of place that would win any design awards, but it works for us. We mostly focus on getting things done and making sure our deliveries go out on time. The staff is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be packing boxes, and the next you’re answering the phone. We don’t use any complicated systems; we just keep track of things the old-fashioned way. The neighborhood is mostly other small businesses like ours, so we all know each other. Sometimes we help each other out if someone needs a hand. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or big goals of changing the world. We just want to provide what we sell and make enough to keep the lights on and the families fed. It’s a simple life, but it’s ours. We take pride in the fact that we’re still here after all this time, just doing what we do every day. There isn't much more to it than that. We just stay focused on the tasks.
